Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 July 2026 · Draft pending legal review
These terms govern your use of occupyliving.com (the "Site"), operated by Occupy Living. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Delivery of our Housing Recovery as a Service is governed by a separate written agreement between Occupy and the housing provider.
Content
Site content is provided for general information. It does not constitute a contractual commitment, service-level guarantee or professional advice. Performance targets described on the Site are commitments we work to under a signed engagement, not promises made through the Site itself.
Intellectual property
All content, trade marks (including "Occupy" and "Housing Recovery as a Service™") and design elements are owned by or licensed to Occupy Living. You may not reproduce them without written permission, other than short quotations with attribution.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or compromise the Site.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading or malicious content via our forms.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sources (e.g. LGA, MHCLG). We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occupy excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on Site content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
